| Meet Miss Teresa | |
| Teresa Twite is a certified, licensed Musikgarten teacher. She began West Nebraska Musikgarten in the fall of 2004. A public school educator for 22 years, Ms. Twite has repeatedly experienced the benefits music has for young children, especially those who seem to have been unreached by traditional educational methods. Because of this, she believes in the philosophy of Musikgarten: *All children are musical; music is for all children. *Music meets children’s needs; active, joyful play which is the child’s work. *Music benefits the whole child; physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, musically. *Music must start early and involve the family. |
